Playing Age of Sigmar at Crosssfire
Although there hasn’t been that many games of Age of Sigmar at the club since we started back in February. There has been some growing interest in the game system. Additionally, a number of players at the club already have armies or small forces for the game.
The majority of those interested in the game that attend the club on a regular basis are by and large beginners, who are still learning the rules.
As with most our games, we’d advise arranging games with other players via our Discord Server in advance of club nights.
What is Warhammer Age of Sigmar?
Warhammer Age of Sigmar ( often shortened to ‘AoS’) is a fantasy themed tabletop miniatures wargame where you pit epic armies against each other. At its core, AoS is a wargame where you match wits with your friends on the field of battle. Outsmart your enemy, outmanoeuvre their forces, and take advantage of your army’s strengths – but never forget the role of luck. Each and every game is a thrilling experience.
How Does it Play?
The game is played by pitting two opposing armies against each other for control of the battlefield through objective points, various mission rules and outright destruction. There are many factions you can choose to play your army as, hailing from the forces of Order, Chaos, Death and Destruction. Each with their own nuances, rules and strategies from which to conquer all and seize the day.

Who to Talk to About Getting Involved?
Curtis would be the best person to talk to about getting into Age of Sigmar.
Although still pretty new to the game system he has played more than the rest of the committee, has a sizeable Soulblight Gravelord army and would be able to point you towards other people at the club who have expressed an interest or have an army.
