The Certus System in Turmoil!
The Certus System stands on the brink of total collapse as the final month of the Warhammer 40K Crusade campaign begins. Alliances are shifting, betrayals are emerging, and the fate of entire factions hangs in the balance. With the threat of Chaos looming, the desperate struggle for control intensifies. Across the system, heroes and villains alike are making their last plays for supremacy, knowing that the outcome of this campaign will echo across the galaxy. Prepare for the dramatic conclusion where every decision counts and no sacrifice is too great.
Theobald’s Curse and Morgan Stern’s Fall
Theobald the Third curses the Certus system, its planets, people, and the decisions that led him there. His fury extends to the Chaos deities and other entities, but he remains cautious in his thoughts about the Emperor. Morgan Stern’s betrayal, joining the Druhkari, shakes his faith. As Theobald wrestles with this turmoil, Shield Captain Auron arrives, delivering news that makes an already dire day even worse.
Archon Mysaria’s Triumph and Challenges
On the other side of the system, Archon Mysaria revels in her successes—prisoners, Orks, and a new ally, Morgan Stern, the fallen Canoness. She dreams of the riches and prestige awaiting her in Commorragh but faces political challenges. The Orks, Grog Skullsplitta and Gazdakka ‘Eadkrakka, grow restless, and the bio-blockade persists. To secure her victory, Mysaria must navigate these obstacles with cunning.
The Space Marines’ Dire Mission
Vader Canis and his allies, Captain Cordelia, Chaplain Sal, and Inuis Habhan, often clash over tactics. Yet, they stand united against the looming threat of Abaddon. Should his return be confirmed, the Imperium faces a grave crisis. Together, they prepare for a costly and bloody campaign to bring down the Despoiler.
The Tau and Aeldari’s Calculated Gambit
Commander Shas’o Di’Ziet Sma and Kroot War Shaper Kasahi reflect on the success of their campaign, which has diverted the hive fleet from Tau space. Though wary of the Aeldari’s shifting loyalties, they acknowledge the intervention has saved countless Tau lives. They hope to capitalize on the chaos to expand Tau influence, provided the Imperial forces are sufficiently weakened by the conflict.
